Microsoft PowerPoint 97/2000 (4 sessions)

This course is an introduction to all aspects of MS PowerPoint and should be fun! Many computer users don't know what to do with it! It's a Presentation Manager - useful for selling, teaching, preaching, or where ever you wish to promote an idea or something tangible to a group of people. Create professional overhead slides, slide shows, as well as on-screen presentations with movement and sounds. Training manual, illustrations and examples included.

Completion of the "Computers for Absolute Beginners" or similar knowledge required to gain maximum benefit from this course.

Training Plan

1 What is PowerPoint all about, shown with some examples - thereafter Graphics, etc will be explained and covered.
2 Basics of MS PowerPoint and how to build static pages.
3 Advanced features - automatic slide show with build-ups, sound and animation, etc.
4 Let's prepare our own - a sort of test - an application of what has just been learnt.

It is intended to cover most of the above topics. as time allows.
