I like to get to know my customers and understand what they do with their computer equipment, to see if I can assist them further.  Usually my working relationship with customers is like a friend, except that I do have to charge for what I do.  If you want someone who comes in, hardly speaks and goes without telling you what's been done to your PC, then I'm not the person for you.  But if you want to sit next to me and ask questions and watch what I do to your PC, I'll happily talk you through what I am doing to the best of my knowledge.  The exception to this is where virus infestation is suspected - these days thorough scans take so long, I would need to take the PC away to run the lengthy clean up operations.

Please note we do not usually supply computer hardware or software - although we do have a small stock of spare parts which can be used for repairs.

I do not do quotes, unless you wish me to specifically assist you in a purchase, where by you would have agreed to pay for my time... not often done, but it is an  option although an expensive one.

I will sometimes carry out insurance surveys and a sample quotes may be done for GENUINE ACCIDENT cases only - many PCs can be fixed rather than replaced, in my opinion.  At least the minimum charge would be levied on you for such a job.

I currently do not handle  networks, except very small office networks by arrangement.
